1. Overview

Agentrics (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Agentrics platform at agentrics.io. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

2. Data we collect

Account data

Name and email address provided when you sign up via Clerk (our authentication provider). We do not store passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Clerk.

Usage data

Agent execution records you submit via the SDK or REST API: agent name, provider, model, input/output token counts, calculated cost, latency, and success status. This data is tied to your user account and is never shared with other users.

Billing data

Payment information is collected and stored by Stripe. We receive only non-sensitive billing metadata (subscription status, plan, billing period). We do not store credit card details.

Technical data

Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic analysis. No cross-site tracking cookies are used.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the Agentrics service
• To calculate costs and generate analytics for your dashboard
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (e.g. billing receipts, budget alert notifications)
• To improve the product and fix bugs

We do not sell your data. We do not use your usage data to train AI models.

4. Data retention

Execution data is retained according to your plan: 7 days on the Hobby plan and 90 days on Pro. Account data is retained until you delete your account. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@agentrics.io.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Agentrics:

• Clerk — authentication and user management
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and analytics

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@agentrics.io.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
